Shura’s debut album, released earlier this year, has probably been one of the best records of the year. Her synth pop is perfectly crafted, piecing together the incredible story telling she pulls throughout her songs. The video for closing track of the album 311215 features videos from Shura’s own childhood, contrasting the dark themes of the track. Together they form a devastatingly intimate and personal picture of the artist – both the wonderful moments of her life and the lyrical displace of fear of endings.
