This month JUST EAT are throwing a three day food festival, showcasing dishes from various restaurants across the London which means you can eat your way around the world without flying anywhere in between. Whaam Banh Mi have Vietnam taken care of and we were tasked with sampling some of the dishes they will be serving up at the festival.
The small Soho joint specialises in Banh Mi (the clue’s in the name), which are light, airy Vietnamese baguette sandwiches filled with juicy meat, crunchy pickles, pate and crispy shallots. First you pick your spice level (go HOT – when in Vietnam…or JUST EAT’s food fest) and then you pick your meat – we sampled the roast chicken with lemongrass, and we also tried the caramelised pork belly rice bowl.
