Giving
us a taste of what to expect in the new season and getting us excited for fashion week; it’s fair to say we love Pre-Fall, so we’re letting you in on what to look out for this year. The urban streets trend is an excuse to kick back and relax because it’s all about that laid-back attitude.Any colour, pattern or texture goes here…Diesel showed lots of dark satin, Paco Rabanne went for shearling accents, and Stella McCartney sent us lots of leopard print. The same rules apply to the details…looks were kept edgy at Alexander Wang with his use of rivets and studs, whereas snakeskin accessories gave the trend a more sophisticated twist at No.21…but it was cool vibes all round thanks to a loose, layered and youthful silhouette.
[URIS id=61127]HOW TO GET THE LOOK…
The easiest way to go with this trend is to layer up with oversized pieces; big bombers, wide-leg bottoms and any pieces borrowed from your boyfriend, and a mash-up of textures will keep you looking extra fresh. If you still want to keep things feeling feminine, do it with details, like bow-ties and bare shoulders.
