spotting a board outside Chick ‘n’ Sours advertising a Chinese restaurant, we thought we were going mad until we found this online. Carl Clarke, the brains behind the chicken joint is opening a place below, Chinese Restaurant Syndrome and we are pretty damn excited. Especially as we’ve been praying for something like Mission Chinese to open in London…CRS will serve up a short snappy Chinese inspired menu, so expect the likes of Prawn toast & Ribs, Noodle Crack and the Tiki Pig – rare breed pork belly in soy caramel with Szechuan chilli, pickled pineapple, toasted coconut and mandarin segments…sounds crackin’, we know. And of course, keeping in line with the sours above, cocktails will play a big part on the menu too. YIPEE.
