time to look down! Face your fear of heights (and do a spot of sightseeing) at the most famous bridge in the world on Saturday December 5th as Gestalt Psychotherapist Professor Emilyn Claid holds special mindful movement and exercise sessions at Tower Bridge. By exploring the sensations of fear around the body, Professor Claid aims to vanish that vertigo and get you stepping onto the bridge’s 42 metres above the Thames.

The sessions are free for those with general admission tickets, which come in at £9 for adults and £3.90 for children, but to guarantee a spot just drop your name and contact number to vertigo@kallaway.com. Enjoy the view!
