a DATE! We’ve all been there, a Friday night out having ridiculous amounts of fun when we realise the last Tube is LITERALLY about to go and if we didn’t leave like RIGHT NOW we’d have to get like five night buses home. But things are about to change as the the date has finally been set for the launch of the night tube.

From the 19th August 2016 the Central line and Victoria lines will run 24hours on Friday and Saturday nights, with the Northern, Piccadilly and Jubilee lines expected to follow suit in the Autumn. Eventually they plan to roll out the overnight service on the  Metropolitan, Circle, District, and Hammersmith & City lines, when modernisation programmes are complete, but we might be waiting a while for this one…
