desert boot is celebrating it’s 65th birthday and to mark the occasion Clarks Originals have teamed up with landmine removal charity The HALO Trust to create a limited edition collection of boots. Each of the 14 pairs from the ‘Clarks: Rebooted’ selection have been designed by a different artist and £10 from each pair goes to The HALO Trust.Synonymous with British street style the desert boot was an instant hit first adopted by off?duty army officers. Modelled on an a rough boot from Cairo’s Old Bazaar the desert boot has been a staple choice for fashioneaster the world over having been immortalized in the 1960s Mod film Quadrophenia. MOD!
