to your local chippy this week might result in an artistic experience…we kid you not!

Part of the Affordable Art fair, ‘Today’s fish and chip paper, tomorrow’s art’ is a concept that has taken over the FishClub in Battersea, where artist Jess Wilson has taken up residency. Marking the opening of the fair this Thursday (24th) every surface of the shop has been covered in graphic artwork inspired by the conversations of customers and staff.

Jess will also be there to create mini-illustrations for those waiting for their fish and chips along with an arty inspired spesh ‘Jackson Pollock and Chips’. It’s not everyday you get to walk away with your fish supper wrapped in a bespoke piece of art is it?
