mind the scallops, here’s the Rock Lobsta! Thursday June 26th sees Shoreditch welcome it’s newest and trendiest seafood venue for one weekend only. Rock Lobsta is popping up on Calvert Avenue for four days or before they sell out – whichever is quicker and we have a sneaky suspicion it’ll be the latter. So if you’re interested in sampling their aquatic wares you’ll have to be quick.

On the menu is crab, crayfish and of course lobster, making this a treat for seafood lovers. The Hackney Lobsta Roll heads the menu, alongside the British Brown and Proud Crab Roll. For the indecisive, there’s the Shoreditch Splitter consisting of 50/50 crab and lobster or if neither are your thing then go for the dozen English freshwater crayfish.

All this is hosted by Luna & Curious, home of East London’s finest clothing, craft and objet d’arts boutique. Rock Lobsta opens for busines at 6pm on Thursday for late night shopping and then opens from midday until 9pm for one weekend only.

Now is the perfect time to take up the seafood diet – see food and eat it!
