is the first destination on a global tour to host pop up Singapore Takeout – a mobile pop-up restaurant housed in a shipping container. Headed by Janice Wong, chef-owner of 2am: dessertbar, in collaboration with Peter Gordon from London’s The Providores and Tapa Room, the kitchen will knock up a selection of Singapore-inspired modern dishes.

Hoping to set the record as the most travelled kitchen, the world tour should last 12 months and the distance travelled will be equal to almost 3 times round the world.

Catch the kitchen June 10 th & June 11th. Admission is free and guests recieve two free sample dishes. Just make sure you check out the timings online.
