What’s On In London

Wondering what’s on in London? Don’t sweat it, there’s lots to keep you busy. There are always so many things to do in the Big Smoke, so we’re here to make your life a little easier by bringing you only the very best. Our filters let you see the most interesting, fun and/or unusual things to do in London today, this week, or even the whole month, so you can see what’s on at the times that are important to you.

There are some big name stars treading the boards this month, including Brian CoxBilly CrudupSarah Snook, and Ian Mckellen, plus the arrival much-anticipated stage adaptation of Spirited Away, so there’s plenty of culture to indulge in.It’s also Eid al-Fitr in April, so there’s a lot to celebrate if you’re observing Ramadan. And talking of food, there’s Stop Food Waste Day this month, so there’s even more reason to visit some of the city’s most sustainable restaurants and supper clubs

Spring has well and truly spring by May and a good job too because this month marks the start of festival season. Not only are music ones kicking off in the capital, including newbie High Lights as well as Project 6GALAWide Awake and Cross The Tracks – there’s even a canal festival coming to town this May. With Doughnut Week, Sandwich Week, BBQ Week and English Wine Week all happening this month, plus plenty of new restaurant openings on the way, there’s a lotta good eating and drinking to be had too. Best of all, we get two bank holidays this month, so you’ve got even more free time to enjoy all these goodies.

Want more? Keep browsing for the best theatre, exhibitions, bars and restaurants in London.
