birthday time at French burger joint Big Fernand and to celebrate turning one, they’ve knocked up a Le Balthazar, their most Gallic concoction yet…..Charolais beef, Camembert Fermier, pork belly, Calvados and apple compote, cocktail sauce and chives. OOH LA LA. The special birthday burger will be available from 23rd March to April 10th, but you can nab one for FREE if you’re one of the first 100 folks through the door next Wednesday.
