PINKSHINYULTRABLAST | CHERRY PIT

It only seems like yesterday Pinkshinyultrablast released their debut album ‘Everything Else Matters’, but the shoegazers are back with new single ‘Cherry Pit’ ahead of the released of their second album. The dreamy track shimmers with the breezy vocals floating above the heavy guitar riffs and driving drums. It’s sweet, dense and  just like a damn good slice of cherry pie.

MORNING SMOKE | HOW DOES IT FEEL

Hailing from Brighton, Morning Smoke breathe some life back into grunge. Filled with angst, new track ‘How Does It Feel’ feels like a wall of sound to us, although overflowing with distortion and reverb, the rhythm sections gives the track a tight sound. It’s noisey, dark and a killer new single.

PARTYBABY | YOUR OLD MAN

Punk-Rock outfit, Partybaby are back with new track ‘Your Old Man’. Driven by the crashing drums and heavy guitar riffs this energetic track has a youthful feel, and with the vocals adding an anthemic dimension, it’s a real crowd pleaser.

INHEAVEN | BITTER TOWN

Dream pop crossed with punk? A combination we never thought would work, but meet InHeaven. ‘Bitter Town’ combines airy vocal harmonies, and soft lyrics with pounding drums and heavy riffs. With an intense sound, it’s weirdly heavenly to the ears and feels like a some sort of rebellion, blurring the lines.

WEEKENDER | LOVE/ HATING

‘Love/ Hating’ from Weekender is defo one to love. The shoegazers new single has equal measures of dreamy pop vocals and grungy guitar riffs, giving it a psych-rock feel. Hazey, but with an edge it’s filled with passion and just a great all rounder really.
