Hawker Chan (aka Chan Hong Men) the world’s first Michelin-starred street food trader, will be flying in from Singapore to dish up his signature Soya Sauce Chicken & Rice at KERB King’s Cross. Costing just £6, it’ll be the cheapest Michelin-star lunch you’ll ever have but if you want to get your hands on it, you had better be quick because Hawker Chan will only be here for three days, at lunchtime, with 200 portions on offer per day.
