glow-in-the-dark ice cream from bompas & parr

Everyone’s fave mad food duo Bompas & Parr is back and this time the pair is taking on all things ice cream. SCOOP: The Wonderful World of Ice Cream is coming to the British Museum of Food this summer and it’s going to cover the history of our fave sweet treat, with vintage ice cream moulds and equipment, an original Andy Warhol print and a section on the Glasgow ice cream gang wars of the 80s. Obvs being a Bompas & Parr production, there’ll also be plenty of weird and wonderful things to experience too, like a vanilla fog, a sub-zero ice cream chamber, glow-in-the-dark ice cream and historical scoops inspired by the recipes of Victorian ice cream queen Agnes B Marshall. You’ll never look at a Mr Whippy in the same way again.
