ASAP Pizza, the sourdough pizza brand launched by the Flor and Lyle’s team with Pamela Yung, is launching a guest chef series and they’ve got some big names from around the world lined up for it. It’s kicking off with Nick Bramham of Quality Wines and new delivery brand Arrosto, who’s doing a white-based Hawaiian, with comedian Aziz Ansari, Matty Matheson of Toronto’s Maker Pizza (who did a collab with Yard Sale in 2019) and Italian chef Agata Felluga also having a pizz’a the action.
The pizzas, which’ll be changing weekly, will be available for takeaway from Flor and for delivery, and as either a whole pie or by the slice, with £3 from every pizza and £1 from every slice being donated to the guest chef’s charity of choice.
