Now that we’re heading into autumn it’s time to start making your place warmer and more comforting, and splashing some jewel tones around is the perfect way to do so. Sapphire, emerald green and ruby red, with a bit of gold thrown in too, instantly add a sense of richness and luxury to a room. It doesn’t mean you have to go floor to ceiling with these shades (unless Aladdin’s cave is the look you’re going for), just one or two small pieces is a great way to reference the trend and add some lushness without making your space feel too heavy.
