mam opening in notting hill

The team behind Salvation in Noodles is opening up a Vietnamese BBQ restaurant in Notting Hill this September. Inspired by the BBQ street food stalls in Vietnam, MAM’s menu will focus on skewered meat cooked on a robata grill, served with homemade fermented dipping sauce; a spicy recipe made from shrimp paste and pineapple. The skewers will mainly be made from different cuts of chicken alongside weekly specials of rare-breed beef and seafood, and will be served sharing style alongside rice noodle parcels, chopped veg, pickles, herbs, lettuce leafs and rice papers. And if that doesn’t take your fancy, MAM will also serve Hanoi-style pho, rice bowls and those fish sauce chicken wings from Salvation in Noodles. Sounds like a winner to us.

Opening Sat 16th September 2017
