When you thought you’d seen it all, Jacobs announces the opening of the world’s first cracker restaurant in London. Open for one day only, the cracker restaurant will serve a 5-course lunch and 6-course dinner menu – and yes each course will be served entirely on Jacob’s Lunchtime crackers. The dishes have been created by Alex James, but it’s way more than cheese on crackers and the lunch menu will include poached eggs and a spin on the classic beans-on-toast, while the dinner menu includes a twist on a prawn cocktail and roast beef. Oh, and the whole thing is completely FREE, isn’t that cracking?!
