Brockley is getting a new independent restaurant this July and it’s called parlez. Created by friends Matt and Louis, parlez will mix French bistro and modern Scandi styling and will serve up a seasonal, all-day menu from head chef Michal Zajac, formerly of The Groucho Club. There are no more deets on food just yet but you can expect to find healthy, gluten-free and vegan plates alongside more traditional food, so it sounds like this is gonna be a neighbourhood joint with something for everyone.
