Boozy ice cream and Gin Mare have hooked up with Ruby Violet to open a G&T Ice Cream Parlour at The Hoxton, Shoreditch. Popping up for three days, they will be scooping out botanically infused ice creams and sorbets ready to be topped with your choice of dried olive, crystallised rosemary, botanical brittle, savoury wafer and gin-soaked orange peel. It’s every gin and ice cream lovers dream!
