You GOUDA love this. Not only do we have sausage festivals, fried chicken festivals and a sandwich festival, The London Cheese Project are now hosting a free cheese festival at Camden Market. The two-day affair will bring together the best cheese London has to offer with stalls from urban cheesemakers, talks and tasting. But it gets FETA than that…all the cheesemakers are hooking up with Camden Market traders to create some one-off specials. Expect to see The Cheese Bar hooking up with Kappacasein to make grilled cheese sandwiches and Malakoff’s (Swiss fried cheese balls!), and Wildes teaming up with Mac to the Future to make some bangin’ Mac ‘n’ Cheese. With cheese, booze and live jazz, it’s all sounding pretty bloody GRATE!
