It’s time to, quite literally, ditch those soggy sandwiches. Yes a sandwich amnesty is happening in Camden to celebrate the opening of The Cheese Bar’s takeaway hatch (before the full restaurant opens on 23rd March). Hooking up with local Camden charities, The Cheese Bar will be giving you the chance to upgrade your shop-bought, pre-made sandwiches for one of their signature grilled cheese sandwiches. Not only will it leave you with a happier belly, but all the donated sandwiches will be distributed to soup and street kitchens across Camden. It’s a win-win. Just make sure your pre-bought sandwich has at least one day left before expiry and is completely sealed, and you’ll be able to swap it for some cheesy goodness. How GRATE.
