It’s officially fine to start thinking almost exclusively about music festivals again. On that note, Kendal Calling’s looking decent for its 14th year on the trot – the first wave of the line-up has just been announced and to be honest it’s a bit drool worthy.
There’ll be disco legends, there’ll be podcasts, there’ll be sets from The Pearl Harts, Blood Red Shoes and Dream Wife. “We cannot wait” says festival director Andy Smith as part of a much bigger quote in the press release. It’s an easy win and seeing as it costs just £39 to secure a ticket, you’d be mad not to at least pop your head in for a bit.
