Tom Kerridge, two-Michelin starred chef and owner of both The Hand & Flowers and The Coach in Marlow, is finally launching a restaurant in London. The details, like name, size, food style and opening date, are few and far between at the moment, but we do know it’s going to be at the five-star Jumeirah Carlton Tower hotel on the site of their Rib Room Bar & Restaurant. After going strong for 50 years, The Rib Room will close in early 2017 for Tom and his team to revamp it. We’ll defo be keeping a close eye on this one.
