Madrid’s only 3 Michelin starred restaurant, Diver XO is getting another little sister right here in London town. That’s right, David Muñoz has announced the opening of Street XO this November in Mayfair. Like the original Street XO in Madrid, the playful menu will take inspiration from Europe, Asia and South America, but with the aim to shock and surprise diners, this place is definitely not for the faint hearted. Made up of sharing dishes, you can expect the likes of Pekinese dumpling, crunchy pig’s ear, strawberry hoi sin, aioli & gherkins and a steamed club sandwich, ricotta cheese, fried quail egg and shichimi -togarashi. And of course, the cocktail menu is made up of a selection of unusual concoctions too. Street XO is sure to be full of surprises, and a place where the unexpected comes to life…
