Street food fave SMOKESTAK is coming to Shoreditch permanently as it gets its very own bricks-and-mortar spot, complete with basement bar, this November. Founded by David Carter, SMOKESTAK is all about the BBQ, and all the classics…brisket buns and pork ribs…will be cooked in the brand new charcoal grill and wood burning smoker in the kitchen. There’s gonna be more than just masses of meat though. Smoked girolles & beef dripping toast; crispy beef shin & anchovy mayo; coal-roasted sweet potato and pickled blackberry crumble served straight from the fire are just some of the new dishes to chow down on…. Hello BBQ heaven.
