There’s something special happening in Denmark at the moment. For whatever reason, some of the most exciting music right now seems to be coming out of there, and Copenhagen based First Hate are no exception. Made up of Anton Falck Gansted and Joacim Nørgaar, the synth pop duo have been going from strength to strength ever since the release of their self-titled debut EP in 2014.
They’ve dubbed themselves ‘Snake Rhythm’ and it’s not exactly an untrue description of their sound. Located somewhere between a European dance club and a more ambient bedroom electronic project – it’s got a sense of 80s gloomy pop about it. With 2 EPs under their belt and a worldwide tour, it’s no surprise First Hate are causing a lot of hype and we can’t wait to see what comes next…
