PRAWNOGRAPHY X FISH MARKET BRUNCH

prawnography-LOTI

As well as dishing out the shellfish at Street Feast Hawker House, crustacea kings Prawnography have teamed up with City-based restaurant Fish Market for a spesh seafood brunch. Using fresh produce from Billingsgate Market, Prawnography founder Jim Thomlinson has put his fishy twist on classic brekkie dishes. Some of things you can expect to see are warm croissants with tangy shrimp marmalade instead of jam, a boiled duck egg accompanied by soldiers laden with lightly spiced crab meat and the bacon sarnie gets a serious upgrade with a brioche roll and sweet scallops. When we say it’s a good roll, we mean GOOD. We might even go as far to say it’s one of the best in town.

If you’re having trouble choosing, you can combine dishes from the Prawnography menu with Fish Market’s existing brunch offering, so you can get the best of both worlds. And if you really want to go to town, unlimited prosecco is just £15 extra. You better move quickly if you want to get your claws into this brunch collab as it’s strictly limited edition.
