WORLD’S FIRST 3D PRINTING RESTAURANT

print-LOTI

A restaurant where everything, from the chairs to the forks to the food, is 3D-printed…yep, it’s another world first for London. Printing specialists Food Ink are creating a three-day pop-up restaurant in Shoreditch, where a multi-sensory nine-course menu will be printed right in front of your eyes, and livestreamed for the world to see. The grub is being prepared by Mateu Blanch and Joel Castanye, from Spain’s acclaimed La Boscana and created by the company’s Flow Focus 3D-Printers. There’s only ten spots for each night, so if you want a 3D-printed seat at the 3D-printed table, you better be quick with the tickets, which go on sale on Fri 15th July at 9am.
