spotted some exciting news over on Hot Dinners – Flat Iron are set to open a permanent home in Shoreditch. After raising the STEAKS all over town, Flat Iron are returning to where it all started, but they won’t just be returning to the site of their original pop up with their cheap as chips steaks, but a HUGE spit roast too. So expect some damn good slow cooking here, with the guys already trialling whole forerib cuts of beef and the marbled Denver cut of beef. And the good news doesn’t stop there with Flat Iron opening it’s doors for you to use as a workspace in the day with £1 tea and coffee, super fast WiFi, plenty of power points and CAKE – what more could you ask for?

Of course they will not be opening quietly and giving away FREE steak on 20th June, but with no bookings you better be prepared to queue…
