Encouraging you to make the most of your veggies from root to tip, vegetable expert and artist Amber Locke will open the butchers in Wandsworth’s Sainsbury’s. Popping up for three days you can learn the tricks of the trade, become the master of the spiraliser, the champion ribbon cutter or the boss of the mandolin. You’ll be turning out avocado ribbons, broccoli noodles and julienne peppers before you know it. So if you’re after some veg-spiration drop by the store and get your veg jazzed up for FREE.
