With ex-Palomar chef Mitz Fora in the kitchen, expect the menu to include cornflake crusted chicken with pickled wild mushrooms, corn, endive & chorizo; Sticky beef cheek, daikon, cucumber, avocado & kaffir lime puree, poached prawns & crispy shallots and aubergine with dates , pomegranate, chilli lime yogurt, puffed quinoa & feta.
