House of Peroni makes a triumphant return to London with their latest six-week summer residency at Proud East in Haggerston. Called ‘Amare l’Italia’, meaning ‘for the love of Italy’, this residency will be the most immersive and indulgent one yet. Francesco Mazzei, the critically acclaimed chef patron behind the recently refurbished Sartoria, is taking charge of the kitchen with his celebrated Southern Italian cooking, and Simone Caporale, previously of The Langham Hotel, has control of the drinks, with a range of innovative Peroni Nastro Azzurro infused cocktails. Mixology classes, private dining, and pasta-making masterclasses are also on offer in surroundings designed by Master of Style Margherita Maccapani Missoni and inspired by the beautiful Italian landscape.
