Shoreditch gets a brand spanking new Mexican joint in the shape of Santo Remedy, who are offering 50% OFF food ahead of the grand opening for the soft launch. The 45-cover spot is headed up by Edson Diaz-Fuente in the kitchen, who will serve authentic Mexican street food and traditional specialities, including pig’s ear tacos, octopus tostadas, hibiscus flower quesadillas and lamb cutlets in chipotle adobo. The celebration of Mexican cuisine continues through to the drinks menu, which features mezcal cocktails, regional Mexican beers, wine and softies. If you want real deal Mexican food and a proper bargain, Santo Remedio is where it’s at.
