art and champagne is a combo we rather like, and it’s coming to town courtesy of Ruinart and their immersive experience called The Lighthouse. Designed to reveal all the secrets of the Chardonnay grape, the exhibition includes installations from the likes of Hubert Le Gall, Ron Arad, Herve Van Der Straten, Piet Ein Eeek and Georgia Russell, as well as tasting sessions held by Cellar Master Frederic Panaiotis. Sipping on Ruinart Blanc de Blancs and the Ruinart Rosé, plus two prestige cuveés, really is the best way to learn after all.
