After raising the bar in India with 11 luxury hotels on their books, The Lalit Suri group have announced the opening of their first overseas hotel, right here in London. Set to open late this year, the five star hotel will be housed in a Grade II listed Victorian building near Tower Bridge.
The hotel will house 70 rooms, all different in style and layout plus a suite in the old Headmasters room. Oh yes, this is one time we defo won’t mind been sent to the Headmasters office. Outside of the rooms there’s an Indian restaurant named Baluchi, a cocktail bar, in what was once the governors’ room, outdoor terrace, spa and gym all on the cards too. More deets to follow…
