Blues Kitchen have outdone themselves with November’s Burger of the Month. The ‘DJ BBQ’s Rad Stack’ is a burger held together by a rib, yes a flipping rib! GENIUS! That’s a 7oz ground T-bone steak patty, topped with smoked Applewood cheddar, bourbon onions, DJ BBQ’s brisket and “sauce from planet damn” AND like The Sword in the Stone, a mighty baby back rib lodged into the heart of the burger. The challenge is to remove said sword and be crowned King*.

The DJ BBQ’s Rad Stack is available until Monday 30th November at Camden, Shoreditch and the newly opened Brixton outpost, priced at £16.50.
