beginning to look A LOT like Christmas (and well tis the season!) The latest place to jump on the festive wagon is Le Coq d’Argent who have opened ‘Lodge d’Argent’, themed on a traditional French ski chalet with bites and booze. Wander past diners in the restaurant, and head for the great outdoors where you’ll see vintage ski props and cosy furs draped over chairs to keep you warm. The view may not be the pure white snow of a mountaintop, but the city lights twinkle like stars. 

Outside dining? In winter? Don’t panic. As well as the furs, heated and covered terraces, they’ve pulled out the stops with a range of Hennessy infused cocktails to wash down dessert bites like Chocolate and Coffee fondant, cappuccino ice-cream with Hennessy, or our fave, the vanilla crème brûlée with, you guessed it, Hennessy.
