LOVE a good brunch, but a brunch with a good cause too, well that’s a real WINNER. So after his sell out residency in September, John Gregory-Smith is returning back to Carousel for a one-off Sunday brunch in aid of the Syrian Refugee crisis.
Inspired by his travels, John will be cooking up a selection of Levantine dishes, so expect spicy shakshuka eggs, sumactomato salad and ricotta and honey pancakes. There will also be bloody Mary bar for those after the hair of the dog.
