SLAUGHTER BLEACH | CLEAR IN SIGHT

Fallen from the indie heaven above, Danish trio Slaughter Beach have dropped new track clearinsight. A driving beat and solid riffs give the song a punky edge, but layered with crackling vocals and smooth synths, the track feels dreamy and boy is it catchy too.

THE CROOKES | I WANNA WASTE MY TIME ON YOU

You’re definitely not wasting your time with The Crookes. Bombarded with guitar riffs, solid vocals and synths over a steady rock beat, the slow build leading to a simple two tone chorus gives a real 80’s feel of all those rebellious indie bands. And it just fights it way to our hearts.

BLACK HONEY | CORRINE

Shaking up the dreamy pop sounds of the 60’s with the grungy 90’s, Black Honey have made the perfect cocktail with Corrine. There are glowing vocals layered with twinkly guitars, but that innocent facade is cut through with steady riffs and clashing drums, adding real depth to give the track a proper edge.

BOYS | EVER BEFORE

Boys is the result of Holy’s guitarist Nora Karlsson solo project and boy is it good. With fuzzy vocals over jangling guitars, Ever Before has a dreamy lo-fi feel. Floating along this track is a repeater for sure.

BLAENAVON | HELL IS MY HEAD

A huge slab of indie rock that could fill a whole stadium, Blaenavon’s grungy ‘Hell is my Head’ is here to make an impact. With raging drums, layers and layers of catchy guitar riffs and dark lyrics, they’ve got all the basic ingredients to create a great anthem.
