REVIEW: BUNSMITHS AT THE SEBRIGHT AMRS
The Sebright Arms is pretty well known as a joint to catch decent live music. It was also known as the home of Lucky Chip, who undeniably smashed it at the Sebright. Now they have shipped out there are some pretty big shoes to fill right? Luckily for Sebright Arms goers Bunsmiths have come out fighting and have a menu that is set to be every bit as popular.
Now Bunsmiths are a little special, they import ovens from the US to slow cook their dishes for 10 to 12 hours, meat is free range and the pork is even freedom foods certified (that’s from pigs raised outdoors in the sun – as if you didn’t know). Hickory smoked Beef Brisket Bun, Apple wood smoked Pulled Pork Bun, and Buttermilk Fried Chicken Bun all delivered.
For those veggies who are shaking their head, stop immediately for there is the Veg Fritter Bun with spiced sweet potato, candied and golden beetroot, coriander and chilli salsa. There’s also all sorts of sides too. Bunsmiths we salute you.
