is all the rage these days and opening at near enough the same time as Senor Ceviche was Pachamama. Located in a spacious, airy basement in Marylebone the restaurant serves typical dishes from Peru made with British ingredients.

Sharing is caring here, so it’s recommended you order 3-4 dishes per person. Whilst you’re deciding check out the snacks menu and DO NOT MISS the Parsnip, sweet plantain and chilli taco. You will regret it…

Other faves were the tender Smoked Gloucester Old Spot ribs with English malt and peanut glaze, the Purple potatoes, fresh peanuts, mint and crispy onions and the blackened herb-fed chicken, grilled corn, lime and wild oregano. There’s a crackin’ selection of Ceviche too, all fresh and punchy – even the veggie ones are a treat to eat. Then there’s the puds, chocolate fondant with brittle and salted peanut ice-cream got our vote…

With a decent cocktail list including lots of Pisco and wines from across South American, Pachamama is the perfect place to immerse yourself in a little slice of Peru.
