garage blues band The Amazing Snakeheads have reveal their latest single ‘Can’t Let You Go’ and damn, it ain’t no wallflower. Opening with a rockabillyesque riff that seems to stumble effortlessly into a chorus filled with powerfully raw guitar and snarly vocals, ‘Can’t Let You Go’ may seem lo-fi and gristley but the progressions between thrashy guitar and bluesy organ demonstrate how intricate this track actually is. If The Doors had penned a song using archetypical punk rock characterisitcs this is probably how it would’ve sounded…In other words- it kicks goolies.
