Parisians are coming! After opening a three story Townhouse in Selfridges last year, Louis Vuitton is hitting the capital yet again. This time the brand has chosen hip London concept store Dover Street Market to launch Louis Vuitton’s first ever pop-up boutique.

The directional edit will run for two months until 14 October and from 1 – 15 September, Louis Vuitton will be taking over Dover Street Market’s corner window which lands perfectly with London Fashion Week and DSM’s tenth birthday celebrations. Louis Vuitton’s AW14 collection will sit alongside focus runway elements which include bags, shoes and jewellery. This season sees the much anticipated debut of Nicolas Ghesquiere’s reign over the iconic brand.

Ghesquière’s infamous statement “Today is a new day. A big day.” First muttered at Paris Fashion Week, runs a seamless parallel with DSM’s New Beginning process. Louis Vuitton are taking over the first floor of DSM. Don’t expect Townhouse vibes here…Vuitton has embraced Dover Street Market’s unique vision and stitched the two powerhouses together.

This rare collaboration is just the first in a long line of events to celebrate DSM’s big 1-0.
