while back there was a nice serge in Peruvian food that hit London and now a new addition is about to hit with a British twist. Pachamama Bar & Kitchen is opening in Marylebone with Tom Catley who has previously been Head Chef of Ottolenghi in charge of the kitchen.

Expect Peruvian flare mixed with classic British flavours with dished like salmon with watercress, horseradish, beetroot with bleeding tiger’s milk.  As well as the restaurant there is a 16-seater cocktail bar to indulge in some raunchy liquor based beverages. It all sounds rather flipping great. Better still will be the 50% off soft launch which will be happening mid October (BOOZE AND FOOD!)…just keep an eye on us and we’ll tell you, we’ll tell you alright.
