may have heard his glorious vocal tones on his well acclaimed No Diggity cover, which was re-orchestrated with a simple soulful arrangement and band. However, Chet Faker is a musical chamelon who blurs the boundaries between soul, electonica and acoustic genres to create beautiful dance music. He writes, records and performs all of his music to give it an honest, warm tone.

Signed to the awesome Australian label Future Classics and also Downtown Records, this Brooklyn-based Aussie rolls around with the rather talented Flume, who has been making some waves. Chet’s new video for sultry number, Gold, has been released ahead to tease us of his upcoming November show at the Coronet. With some rather impressive rollerscating choreography, the video is just as hypnotic as his music. The video directed by Hiro Murai follows Chet’s album, Built on Glass, which was released earlier this year.

See you at The Coronet on 20th November!
