is all the rage in London these days with “LA style” bars popping up across the city. So when pomegranate juice brand POM Wonderful got in touch with us and asked us to come up with a cocktail using their juice we thought why not? We’re big on cocktails, London’s big on juice…let’s put ’em together!

We did however need to call in the experts (we’re cocktail drinkers NOT makers), asking one of our FAV cocktail dens Ruby’s to help us out. And lookie here, here we have ‘Good Luck Cooler’ which tastes as good as it looks and can be made at home…..

How? Well by using the ingredients below one at a time and giving it a bloody good shake:

1/2 muddled lime
50ml Vodka
35ml Pom
Grenadine with grapefruit, vanilla and blackpepper

Serve with a bag of Salt and Pepper Wonderful Pistachios and you’re the hostess with the mostess.

pom

Got a sore arm from that shaking? Then fear not you can pop down to Ruby’s and try it because it’s even on their menu. WINNING.
