nearly September…you know what that means right? It means the first Friday will be Flamingo Pier night over at the Counter Cafe. Back with another one of those block rocking beats next months antics see’s Kitsune duo Punks Jump Up turning up and churning out remixed Bryan Ferry, Chromeo, Robyn, Miike Snow and more disco infused madness.

This months theme is a journey across the Maritime Silk Route with food and drink from the sea ports of the Mediterranean through the Middle East to Southern India and beyond where you can party on a floating pontoon amongst the palm trees and neon lighting. On board the canal boat you will find craft beer and cocktails to enjoy over looking views of the Olympic Stadium. There’s also the return of En Brochette who are back on food duties serving skewered meat and fish.

Hands down one of the best nights out we’ve had. Feel the vibes people…it’s magic! Tickets are priced at £7.
